Darrell is a Certified M&A Advisor with Transworld Business Advisors with over three decades of experience in Professional Money Management, Real Estate Investment, Construction, Immigration, and Business and RE Project Finance.
Darrell is a Florida born third generation family out of Gainesville Florida. Darrell grew up in Gainesville and graduated and played Football for the University of Florida. Post college, Darrell also played 7 seasons of professional football in three different leagues and two countries. Soon after football, Darrell embarked on a money management career as a Financial Advisor that would span two plus decades.
Darrell’s client base consisted of value seeking high net worth individuals as well as institutional clients such as, Family Offices, Corporations, REIT’s, Large Construction Companies, and many Private Equity Groups. Darrell sold his Financial Advisory Practice and retired in 2003.
After retiring from a successful money management career Darrell opened various Florida based opportunistic Real Estate Development, RE Construction, and RE Investment Companies with several International Investment Partners including the only current one, “Investment Partners of America”. This company is currently not in operation and will not be until after I retire at the end of 2025.
In 2012, after creating a EB-5/Regional Center immigration finance platform for the largest private timeshare company in the world, Darrell founded Immigration Partners of America (IPOA). IPOA’s focus was to serve very wealthy international families from around the world as a comprehensive source of Immigration, Relocation, Real Estate Services, and Business Investment Services needed to legally relocate those families into the United States of America. All IPOA’s USCIS Visa seeking prospective “Business Buyers” are exclusively managed by Darrell. As you can imagine, this is a huge “buyer pool” for Darrell’s business sellers that only Darrell has access to.
As the last and possibly the most valuable piece of the puzzle, Darrell teamed up with Transworld Business Advisors to take advantage of their overwhelming buying, listing, and selling power advantage as the world leader in the marketing and sales of businesses, franchises and commercial real estate.
