Tourism – My home office here in Florida is based in Orlando. As one of the most visited cities in the world, one might expect a lot of Tourism Based Businesses as well as Convention Businesses. Some of our most sold Tourist/Convention related businesses are Tour Guides, Vacation Property Management, Tourist Transportation, Hotels, Restaurants, Theme Parks, Convention Related Businesses, Timeshare related businesses, and of course a plethora of Souvenir Shops.
Citrus – Combine my late father being the Director of Agriculture for Florida for 38 years with Florida being one of largest growers of Citrus in the world, and you see why it would be an honor for me to list some of Florida’s large Citrus related businesses. These businesses don’t change hands very often, but I usually have a pretty good pulse on who’s buying and selling.
